Llamaste Yoga and Lavender Loofahs 
On Friday, July 7th, Clover Brooke Farm will be hosting a fun day of outdoor yoga led by the incredible instructor, Virginia Bocchicchio. Even better, you will be doing this alongside the farms’ lovely llamas and alpacas! When the session is over, you can stay around to create your own lavender loofah!

Bard SummerScape
Come out to Bard College’s 20th annual SummerScape on Friday, July 7th! This year’s performances include first an Afro-Indigenous, funk-infused celebration of story and song by Martha Redbone at 8:00 PM, and later, an after hours performance by DJ Amber Valentine!

Village of Millerton’s “Celebrate Summer” Concert in the Park
On Saturday July 8 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM the Eddie Collins Memorial Park will be hosting a free concert with music by Steve Dunn Band! Lemongrass chicken, tofu sandwiches, tacos, and more will be available alongside beer, wine, and soda! Celebrate summer with this open-air concert in the beautiful outdoors of Dutchess County!

Millbrook Library: “Deer Defense”

On Saturday July 8 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the Millbrook Library will present “Deer Defense: How to Co-Exist with the Wiliest of Wildlife.” There are lots of ways to garden in Dutchess County without sacrificing all your hard work to marauding deer. You will be given several resources and the best ideas available for deer-resistant landscape plants and perennials.Join Master Gardener Mary Nisley from Cornell Cooperative Extension for a Saturday morning presentation with a question-and-answer session.
