If you’re looking for some relaxation, make sure to mark your calendar for Gardens for Peace Sound Bath at the Innisfree Garden! Join sound practitioner Ben Brown as he leads participants through the ancient therapeutic practice using sound and deep listening to foster connection and healing. Participants lie down or sit and simply focus on listening to reach a relaxed state, heighten awareness, and elevate the consciousness. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required. Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket, or folding chair and water. This gathering is held in honor of the United Nations International Day of Peace as part of the continent-wide Gardens for Peace (G4P) program launched by the North American Japanese Garden Association. Tickets are $25 for members and $35 for non members. 5:30 – 6:30 pm
