Participants will learn how to turn vegetable scraps from the kitchen into natural color! We will go through the steps of preparing fabrics for dyeing and make a handful of different plant dyes from veggies. Students will leave with an understanding of how to extract color from plants, dyed fabric swatches and a dyed bandana. No previous experience necessary, all supplies and materials are included.
