There’s no Zumba without U! Take the Zumba class at the Center for Performing Arts in Rhinebeck with Miss Jessie on Tuesday from 6 pm – 6:45 pm. This class is specifically designed for those who need a little more energy and positivity in the form of exercise without the dread of exercise! Latin-based rhythms, as well as some Musical Theater tunes, will have you moving your arms, legs, hips, core, and booty with a flare of attitude! All levels of dance experience are welcome.
