Brothers Johnny & Pauly Stefanopoulos of the Four Brothers Pizza Inn restaurant dynasty are excited to share some good news about what they are creating in Millbrook. Inspired by the beautiful world around them and the breathtaking places they’ve been to, from the streets of Casablanca to the ancient ruins of Athens, they have been inspired to “create a place that makes you feel alive.” So, with that, they are creating House of Stefas. A restaurant inspired by rich textures, phenomenal experiences, and authentic tastes, driven by their deep passion for food and genuine hospitality. They ensure House of Stefas will inspire comfort and good company. The Stefanopoulos’ welcome all saints and sinners, outsiders and outlaws, with an open mind and heart. 

Opening Summer/Fall of 2024, House of Stefas is a New York-born Greek restaurant that marries the ethos of the raw Athens scene with deep California culture, serving a new, bold take on Greek dining. Opening is planned for late summer/fall 2024. The brothers will work closely with their mother, Katina, to bring authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine to Millbrook.
