Spend the afternoon with Dr. Mike Tibbetts, the co-owner of Clover Brooke Farm and of Hyde Park Hops with Andrea Parent-Tibbetts. He has also been a college professor/Yeast Geneticist at a liberal arts college in The Hudson Valley for over 25 years. He’s a home brewer who appreciates good beer and understands the biochemistry of fermentation. His brewing experience spans over a decade in the brewing of beer, mead and cider. His style is casual but informative and based on his years of college teaching.
