Bethlehem filmmaker Michael Maren’s latest, “A Little White Lie,” which stars Michael Shannon, Kate Hudson, and Don Johnson, opens in select theaters nationwide on March 3. Locally it will be playing at both the Bantam Cinema and The Moviehouse in Millerton.  On March 4 Maren will be in Millerton for the 6:30 show and will take questions from the audience after.  And on March 5 he will be at Bantam for the 1:30 matinee. https://www.bantamcinema.org/movie/a-little-white-lie He’ll talk about the struggle to get the film made over the course of years, dealing with his own health issues and the COVID pandemic, which threatened to stop production entirely.
