Troutbeck will host a family friendly late afternoon feast in the Pole Barn on July 3. Classic American kids activities—think 3-legged races and Twister—and a Herondale Farm lamb feast (with plenty of vegetarian options, as well as burgers and hot dogs for kids, of course!) cooked on their fire truck.
