This unique collaboration honors the legacy of Dr. Victor V. Anderson, who founded the Anderson School in Staatsburg in 1924. The highly anticipated ale will make its official debut at an exclusive launch party on April 3, bringing together beer enthusiasts and supporters of a great cause.

Guests attending this exciting event will enjoy an all-inclusive experience featuring a branded pint glass, unlimited chef’s selection of cocktail party appetizers, as well as a variety of beer and wine. Join us for the annual Brew U festival on Saturday, April 19, at The Egg in the Student Commons at CIA’s Hyde Park, NY campus. Using traditional techniques, participants will learn how to extract the hidden hues from natural materials such as onion skins, cabbage leaves, and pomegranate rinds, as well as fresh and dried flowers.
