Bardavon presents its 8th year of Handel’s master work, Messiah. It will be featuring orchestra, the Cappella Festiva Chamber Choir and soloists. Due to COVID concerns, this years event will be a concert version, except for the Hallelujah chorus. You’ll be invited to sing along!
Concert date is December 17th at 2pm, the snow date is December 18th at 3pm!

Eric Marshall, songwriter and band leader of Long Steel Rail, is joined by the dynamic multi-instrumentalist, David Chernack, for a special evening of eclectic Americana. It will be an intimate performance of reimagined Classics, and award-winning Originals–songs that address everything from the sublime to the ridiculous. Whether heartbreaking or humorous, they are characterized by an honesty that is direct without being overbearing, and tender without being sentimental. This event will be held in the Millbrook Library Gallery space, at 5:30 pm!

Staatsburgh State Historic Site has decorated the main floor of the mansion for the holiday season! Guests can reserve a timed-entry spot to stroll through the mansion’s main floor at their own pace and enjoy the festive decorations. Guides will be stationed throughout the house to answer questions and provide direction. The site’s shop—filled with wonderful gift items will be available for holiday shopping.
