Cedar Crest Farm
Cedar Crest Farm is an official Historic Site of the Town of Pleasant Valley, New York. The original farmhouse was built in 1756, while other structures on the farm include a chicken coop, shed, garage and a network of stone walls crossing 47 acres of land. The farm is home to a herd of registered Toggenburg dairy goats, as well as a flock of sheep and free-range chickens. Cedar Crest farm produces registered stock, chevon, lamb and genuine goat milk fed veal in addition to wildflower honey, fresh cut country flowers, potted herbs and eggs laid by free range chickens!
